Anima in Motu is a space for experiential expression, movement, and rhythm.
A place where body, voice, and sound become tools for exploration, communication, and connection.<\/p>

Through psycho-anakinisis and the Drum Circle Project, group experiential workshops of free expression and improvisation are created, where participants are invited to connect with their inner world and express what does not always find words \u2014 through movement, rhythm, and music.<\/p>

Anima in Motu operates within a framework of acceptance, safety, and respect.
Rhythm becomes a shared pulse, movement becomes language, and the group becomes a meeting ground.
